Description:
These Ranunculus produce peony-shaped flowers in a range of solid bright colours atop ferny foliage. Persian buttercups are tuberous rooted plants beloved by both gardeners and florists. In zones 8 and up, plant in protected locations in sun to part sun with a winter mulch. Avoid winter wet and overly hot spots. In colder climates, plant in pots in fall and protect above freezing until spring. Or plant in spring in the garden. Treat as an annual or lift tubers/store pots for the winter.
