The pure white single flowers of Helleborus Picotee Pearl have a pink to dark pink picotee edge and are often embossed with a ruffly anemone-centre also with pink picotee edges. This strain has a very high rate of anemone centres though some plants could be single or double. This gorgeous hellebore strain comes from the Winter Jewels Series bred by Marietta O’Byrne, one of the best hellebore breeders in the world. Beautiful in their own right, white and light coloured hellebores are perfect companions to help show off the deep purple, red and black flowered plants against the dark spring soil. Deer resistant. Tolerant of shade but best in part shade to part sun. Perennial Plant of the Year 2005.
