Description:
Candelabra primroses tend to be mid to late spring bloomers with flowering stems that elongate holding the flowers in tiers at regular intervals. These species are also quite long-lived and robust. Primula japonica is an excellent plant for shade or for moist soils in sunnier locations. The flowers can be magenta, pink or white. Plant in colonies for a great show.
