This striking French lavender (Lavandula pedunculata) is called 'Ghostly Princess'. It has shocking silver foliage topped with masses of stacked purple-pink flowers with flaring pink "wings" veined with purple. It blooms over a long period from late spring through summer. Shear lightly after flowering and in early spring. Grow in thin soils in hot spots.
