Ipheion uniflorum 'White Star' has pure white star-like flowers with a greyish-white central midrib on each petal which surround yellow centres and sweet fragrance. Ipheion are South American bulbs that are long-blooming and will thrive from part shade situations into sun. The foliage, if rubbed or crushed, smells of onions. Good for naturalizing and deer resistant.
