Description:
Allium stipitatum 'White Giant' is the tallest of the white ornamental onions with huge 6-8 inch wide, pure white spheres held on stems 3-4 feet tall. The foliage is attractive and remains during flowering. Few plants can offer the unique flower forms of ornamental onions. Every garden should have Alliums. Plant in multiples of 3, 5, 7 or more. Don't fret when foliage starts to die back just before flowering. It's normal. Just trim the leaves.
