Description:
'Cheju Do' offers more compact foliage and prolific flowering that other cultivars. The dissected leaves emerge in the spring with purple tints slowly turning deep green. One clump can produce 12 to 15 spikes of white flowers in one season. Though tolerant of a full range of light conditions, Actaea (formerly Cimicifuga) grow better in the part shade garden. Combine with variegated, burgundy or golden foliage.
