Description:
Miscanthus sinensis 'Little Miss' is a striking dwarf maiden grass with broad foliage striped with white midribs that grows to only 3 feet tall. In fall it takes on rich colours of burgundy and red which are much more pronounced than 'Purpurascens' and is topped by creamy pink flowers. Miscanthus are one of the best grasses for year-round beauty: new green shoots in the spring become tall linear leaves that form an elegant clump by midsummer. Attractive flowers emerge in fall. In winter the leaves turn straw colour.
