'Cascade' is a widely-grown cultivar commonly used in the craft beer industry. If you're making beer, why not grow your own hops? Hops is a herbaceous twining vine with large tri-lobed leaves that grows back each spring from the ground to heights of as much as 25 feet in a season. It is usually grown in sun but also does well down to part shade.
