Ribes rubrum 'Swedish White' is a white currant cultivar that is a reliable and prolific producer of large, white, sweet and flavourful berries in large clusters. All currants are rich in antioxidants and have a much higher vitamin C content than oranges. They can be eaten fresh or used for jams, jellies, and juices.
