Rhododendron campanulatum subsp. aeruginosum 'Blue Ox' is a long name for a very cool, dwarf rhodo. The foliage emerges powder blue aging to blue-green to green forming a tight mound 2 feet tall and wide. The flowers are lavender pink in April and May.
