Cityline Vienna 'Vienna Rawi' is a gorgeous Hydrangea with bold colours of royal blue in acidic soil and glowing pink in alkaline soil. The Cityline Series are dwarf shrubs growing three feet tall and wide requiring no pruning. It is best if you don't as they only bloom on old wood. They are perfect for small spaces and even a large pot.
