Description:
Astilbe 'Amber Moon' with a difference emerges bright chartreuse yellow in spring with highlights of red pigment in the newest leaves. The foliage slowly darkens to a light green by late summer. Very tall red stems carry rose pink flowers in summer. This is a fine shade plant that provides great interest even when not in flower. Appreciates even moisture.
