Digiplexis Illumination 'Flame'

('productnameshort')

Digiplexis Illumination 'Flame' is like a foxglove crossed with a Hawaiian shirt with amazing colours of apricot-orange and reddish-magenta!

Description:
Digiplexis Illumination 'Flame' sports spectacular tubular flowers that are bright reddish-magenta with orange-yellow throats. It looks like a foxglove crossed with a Hawaiian shirt. The flowers are densely packed on tall black stems with attractive foliage. Side branching and its sterile nature give an extended bloom time. The Illumination Series offers intergeneric hybrids between foxglove (Digitalis) and its Canary Island relative Isoplexis. They have proven hardy in coastal BC when grown in excellent drainage and protected from winter wet.
