Some form round heads or rosettes and are harvested whole while others can be picked leaf by leaf as needed in the kitchen leaving the plant to continue to grow. Use in sandwiches, salads and as garnishes. Each year we carry numerous cultivars of lettuce and other greens so you can make incredble salads.
