Leonotis 'Savannah Sunset' has intriguing rusty orange flowers held at regular intervals on square stems. Blooms earlier than other species. Worth protecting in colder climates.
Description:
'Savannah Sunset' has unique, bright orange, furry, tubular flowers arranged in whorls around the stem and medium green, triangular leaves with textured edges. Freely branching and upright. Blooms in early summer unlike Leonotis leonurus which doesn't bloom in our climate until at least September.
