Description:
Rich dark purple spathes with minimal white striping emerge on tall stems before the leaves. The leaves emerge below the inflorescence. Plants are tall, growing up to four to six feet! Considered by some as A. mayebarae but now treated as a variety of A. serratum. Hails from the island of Kyushu.
