Carex flacca 'Blue Zinger' is an evergreen sedge that offers a tufted mound of startling, steel-blue, pleated foliage to about 18 inches high and wide. Best in filtered sun and with evenly moist, fertile soil. Plant in drifts for maximum effect. Sometimes listed as C. glauca.
