Hydrangea vine, Schizophragma hydrangeoides, is similar to the climbing hydrangea with self-clinging stems and beautiful large white lacecap flowers in summer. 'Rosea' has lovely pink-flushed sterile florets around the lacey fertile florets. Excellent to grow up trees and on walls or fences in part sun to part shade but tolerant of full sun and full shade. Orange-red fall colour. Possibly hardy to zone 4.
