Persicaria bistorta 'Superba' is an award-winning Common Bistort with vigorous and dense bottle-brush like, spikes of soft pink flowers that form well above its clump-forming mound of broad, semi-evergreen, mid-green foliage Flowers over a long period from summer into autumn. While drought tolerant, this plant prefers average, moist to wet soils. Low maintenance and pest free. Use in beds, borders, along streams, ponds or bog gardens. Pollinator attractor. Deer and rabbit resistant.
