Description:
Fritillaria olivieri is a rare species from northern Iran with narrow, shiny green leaves and upright stems to 16 inches tall each with up to three pendulous, broadly bell-shaped, green flowers with reflexed tips and burgundy to brown shadings or tesselations. Provide good drainage in full sun but tolerant of winter wet. Since it is so rare, there are few reports of hardiness. Due to its high elevation habitats we are guessing zone 6.
