Description:
Polygonatum multiflorum is an elegant and graceful rhizomatous shade perennial with arching stems with oval foliage and clusters of tubular, creamy white flowers with green tips held in pendulous clusters. The flowers can be followed by blue-black berries in fall. It offers classic elegance for the shade garden and is tolerant of dry shade once established. Spreads by rhizomes to form beautiful colonies and looks great with ferns and hosta.
