Description:
Heliopsis 'Yellow Spider' is a cold-hardy false sunflower that blooms all summer long with semi-double, daisy-like blooms of narrow, mustard-yellow petals with red highlights and dark centres. The reddish-green foliage and sturdy red stems serve as an amazing accompaniment. It will reach 44 inches tall and 18 to 24 inches wide. Regular snipping and deadheading encourages reblooming. A definite eye-catcher in the cottage garden, in mid to back of beds and borders, in containers, and in the vase. Pollinator magnet. Deer resistant.
