Description:
'Gisela White Lip' is a special form of this particularly robust hybrid with a pure white pouch. It, like 'Gisela', is ideal for the beginner and famous for its vigour. Within a few years it forms big clumps, 35-45 cm (13-18 inches) high with 1-2 flowers per stem. Rich soil is required for vigourous growth. A hybrid of the Asian C. macranthos with the North American C. parviflorum var. parviflorum. Blooms in May. Blooming size with multiple eyes. Lady's slipper hybrids are much more vigorous and easy to grow than species. Grown from seed. Plants will resemble the image but may not be identical.
