Physostegia virginiana 'Miss Manners' unlike its cousin 'Rosea', is prized for its non-spreading, clump-forming, compact growth habit, sturdy upright stems and long blooming season. Flowers bloom from bottom to top on square stems that typically grow from 24 to 30 inches tall. Flowers are white to pale pink and tubular with inflated mouths similar to the snapdragon. A tough North American native known as obedient plant or false dragonhead that looks great in cottage, wild, prairie or meadow gardens. Pollinator attractor.
