Description:
Here's a tough little flax for the hot, sunny garden! Linum perenne 'Saphyr Blue' is a low-growing, clump-forming perennial that offers a good colour accent, texture and form. Small, light blue simple flowers with yellow centers bloom on top of slender stems bearing airy, fern-like foliage with just a hint of blue all summer long. Perfect for wildflower meadows, rock and alpine gardens, containers and along pathways. Short lived but usually self-seeds. Drought tolerant once established. Deer and rabbit resistant.
