Cypripedium 'Johnny Petersen' (Frosch)

('productnameshort')

Cypripedium 'Johnny Petersen' a special colour form of the famous 'Gisela'.

Description:
Cypripedium 'Johnny Petersen' is best described as an unsual colour form of 'Gisela'. It is a cross of the North American C. parviflorum with its bright yellow, narrow slippers and twisted burgundy petals and the Asian C. macranthos f. rebunense with its dramatic, round yellow to white pouches (the normal magenta form of this species was used to create 'Gisela'). Despite the colour difference it should show Gisela's vigour and ease of growth. Grown from seed. Plants will resemble the image but may not be identical. Lady's slipper hybrids are much more vigorous and easy to grow than species. Well cared for clumps can double their flowering stems ever year! Blooming size with multiple eyes.
