Description:
Chionodoxa forbesii 'Violet Beauty' is aptly called glory-of-the-snow as one of the first spring bulbs to bloom, often pushing up through the snow. The starry flowers are pink-violet with a white glow at the centre. Easy to grow in evenly moist, well-drained soils in full sun to part shade and great in combination with hellebores, Corydalis solida, and snowdrops. Great in beds, borders, containers and planting under shrubs. Deer and rabbit resistant.
