Description:
This is a spreading little monster but I have it in my sun border at home and I love it. The foliage is completely burgundy. It looks great popping out of the ground in spring and as the stems begin to rise. As they get taller they begin to command too much attention which is exactly when they’re tall enough to reach over and selectively yank out of the ground. The bright yellow star-shaped flowers are held in loose clusters on the three foot burgundy stalks and look fantastic against the dark foliage.
