Kniphofia 'Rocket's Red Glare' pops with eye-catching, tropical-looking torches of tubular flowers in bi-colours of bright red and creamy yellows and peaches on spikes that rise up to 36 inches above the clumping grass-like foliage. Bloom and rebloom all summer long. Use for drama, vertical appeal and textural contrast in the middle of the border, as a specimen, focal point, and as cut flowers. Prefers hot, dry conditions, but needs watering when blooming. Drought tolerant once established. Popular with hummingbirds and pollinators. Deer and rabbit resistant. Hardy to zone 5b with protection.
