Description:
Delosperma Ocean Sunset 'Violet' offers a mat of violet blooms that take on a high sheen with tiny bright yellow centres. Flowers close at night and reopen mid-morning. Reblooms from late spring to late summer. Use in pots, rock gardens and borders. The Ocean Sunset series are exceptional performers offering intense colours, high flower count and the largest flowers of any ice plant. Thrives in heat and drought. Very hardy but should be protected from winter wet with very well drained soil or in the rainshadow of a structure. Pollinator attractor. Deer resistant.
