Malus ‘Motts Pink’ (Red Flesh) - One of the tastiest red fleshed apples. Conical shape with almost luminous orange-pink skin in sunshine; smooth translucent skin with yellow dots; slightly sticky when fully ripe. Very similar in flavour and texture to ‘Laxton's Fortune’ but slightly more tart. The flesh is firm, crisp, tangy, very juicy, and pleasantly scented. Possibly an Albert Etter creation.
