Cucumis melo Mighty Melon 'Ambrosia'

('productnameshort')

Mighty Melon grafted melons produce 2-3 times (or more!) fruit than ungrafted plants and are more cold tolerant and disease resistant.

Description:
The 'Ambrosia' cantaloupe is a reliable garden favourite. Round, hybrid melons are 4-5 lbs with pale orange flesh and a small seed cavity. The very sweet, floral flavour is both juicy and tender. Disease resistant. 80-90 days. Mighty Melons grafted melons are hand grafted onto super strong rootstock which provides greater disease resistance, greater cold tolerance (so melons start growing faster in the spring), and great yield. Mighty Melon grafted plants usually produce 2-3 times more fruit than ungrafted plants, a difference that is especially large for heirloom varieties which do not always offer high yields.
