Allium sativum 'Music' is a porcelain hardneck type garlic that is the most popular type planted in Canada. Though it will always taste better grown in your own garden. It is aromatic and moderately spicy. It peels easily and stores well. It is a great all purpose garlic. Plant in fall and harvest in mid to late summer.
