Opuntia polyacantha 'Browse Pink' has bi-coloured red and white spines and dark pink flowers with yellow centres.


Description:
Plains prickly pear (Opuntia polyacantha) is found from the Canadian prairies south to northern Mexico. 'Browse Pink' has pretty, semi-double ruffled flowers in hot pink with yellow centres. The spines are bi-coloured in red and white providing quite the contrast to its blue-green foliage. A vigorous grower producing a 24 - 36 inch foot clump quite quickly. Plant in full sun in sharply draining soil.
