Description:
Phlox subulata 'Eye Candy' is a creeping phlox that, in late spring, will provide a cheery show of lavender-pink flowers with eye-popping wine-purple eyes over mounds or mats of green, needle-like foliage 4-6 inches high and 18-20 inches wide. Shear back in early summer after blooms have finished to produce denser foliage and encourage rebloom. Ideal as a ground cover, in rocky areas, on slopes and in flower borders. Very cold hardy. Pollinator attractor.
