Iris germanica ‘Oui Madame’ has fragrant, ruffled lavender-purple flowers that lightly fade to soft lilac with bright orange beards.


Description:
Iris germanica ‘Oui Madame’ is an early to midseason bloomer with delicate, fragrant, ruffled lavender-purple flowers that lightly fade to soft lilac as they age. The falls have white centres with bright orange beards. This is a clump-forming bearded iris 36 inches tall with green sword-shaped leaves. Excellent for vertical effect in the landscape. Divide after blooming every 3-4 years to rejuvenate. Trim the foliage back to a third. Plant the rhizomes at or just below soil level. Pollinator attractor. Deer and rabbit resistant.
