Gloxinia 'Emperor Frederick' is a fascinating tropical plant with velvety bell-shaped blossoms of scarlet red edged with pure white. The underside of the blooms are pure white which pops against the broad green foliage. Stunning and captivating! This tender perennial is a long bloomer from mid summer to mid fall. Attracts pollinators. Works well in containers and as a houseplant. Enjoys bright indirect light. Allow tubers to dry-out between flowerings.
