Scutellaria resinosa 'Smoky Hills' is a dainty little sage relative forming attractively textured mounds of upright stems covered in grey-green leaves and purple-blue early summer flowers with white central markings. This cultivar is a superior selection of the species with greater size and longevity. Can gently self seed. Plant in full sun in infertile, well-drained soils.
