This amazing Clematis comes from Raymond Evison, the most famous Clematis breeder of the moment. 'Luiza' joins the popular 'Bijou' in the Patio collection of dwarf, mounding cultivars growing in mounds about one foot tall and two feet wide. 'Luiza' has glowing purple-magenta flowers produced in great profusion which can repeat all season long.
