Tacca chantrieri

('productnameshort')

You'll never forget the first time you see a bat flower in full bloom! Tacca chantrieri is super botanically intriguing.

Description:
The incredibly weird 5-6 inch wide inflorescence arises during the summer from a rhizome bearing 3 to 4 shiny, ribbed, green leaves that are very ornamental. The plant grows to a height of about 50 cm tall. In colder climates they make excellent pot plants if planted indoors in well-drained loam. The long lasting inflorescence are also good as cut flowers. Taccas are also referred to as devil’s whiskers.
