‘Autumn Fire’ is an improved form of the classic ‘Autumn Joy’ with fuller, long lasting flower clusters. The rosy pink flowers age through salmon-bronze to copper-red shades. Strong, thick stems remain upright and do not collapse under the weight of the succulent grey-green foliage. Upright stonecrops are useful nearly year round: mounds of succulent new growth in early spring, structural upright clumps through summer, heads of showy flower heads in late summer and fall, and dried flower stems in winter.
