Paeonia tenuifolia 'Plena' is the very special double form of the fernleaf peony which grows as a green cloud of incredibly dissected foliage over which blooms beautiful, double, velvety red flowers. Foliage emerges with a burgundy infusion. A very choice collector’s plant.
