Description:
Primula vulgaris 'Oakleaf Blue' is a little something different for the spring garden with unusually lobed leaves that resemble oak leaves. This cultivar bears large clusters up to 18 inches high of purple-blue single flowers with bright yellow centres in an upright clump that can bloom for months on end. Prefers cool weather. Easy to grow in any well-drained soil. Use in borders, containers and as cut flowers. A striking and unique primrose and an early source of nectar for pollinators.
