Description:
Aquilegia Earlybird 'Red Yellow' is a columbine with cheery, bi-coloured, single blooms in pale yellow and bright red with long spurs. Flowers are upward-facing and bloom profusely from late spring to early summer on tidy mounding plants to 12 inches tall and wide. The lacy, deeply cut, green foliage serves as an elegant backdrop. Generally short-lived but will self-seed. Use in the landscape, containers and long-lasting in the vase. Pollinator attractor. Deer and rabbit resistant.
