Description:
Pennisetum alopecuroides 'Lemon Squeeze' is a fountain grass from the Prairie Winds collection. Beautiful and vigorous, this ornamental grass is a grand performer with cascading chartreuse to golden foliage and contrasting copper to black inflorescences in midsummer. Full sun is required for the brightest of gold colour. A mid-sized ornamental grass 36-42 inches tall with a 48-54 inch spread. Use as a focal point, mass planting, in the vase and as dried flowers. Leave seed heads on for winter interest and for overwintering birds and beneficial insects. Deer resistant
