Description:
‘Cassis’ has stunning double flowers of cream dramatically overlaid with warm purple veins. The flowers first appear single with six petals etched in purple with dark central bands. Over time the central tepals unfurl into an intricate and unforgettable confection blooming almost constantly from late spring until fall. Pruning group C. Raymond Evison is the world's most famous Clematis breeder producing superior and distinctive cultivars with long bloom periods, excellent disease resistance, and bold colours. Use them on trellises and pergolas, grow them into shrubs, or use them as ground covers.
