Description:
Cyclamen graecum is valued for its wide variety of leaf forms and markings making it popular with collectors and lovers of foliage. The flowers are also beautiful in shades of pink darkening towards the petal bases and streaks of magenta. Native to southern Greek, southern Turkey and their nearby islands. Blooms in fall. It is similar to C. hederifolium but has serrated rather than lobed and serrated leaf margins. Cyclamen are summer dormant. Flowers emerge first followed by wintergreen foliage.
