Description:
Oxalis triangularis is a true beauty with deep purple, shamrock-like leaves with a hint of deep rose in the centre. Single blossoms of palest pink appear above the foliage on delicate green stems for the crowning touch. A beautiful tender perennial bulb that performs well in standard well-draining potting mix indoors and out. Avoid full sun. Bright locations or light shade are best. Also goes through a period of dormancy once a year even when grown as a houseplant. All parts of this plant are edible but give off an acidic taste.
