This Cypripedium hybrid brings together the large-flowered, creamy white C. fasciolatum from Mainland China and the bright yellow C. planipetalum from North America. The result is beautiful, large, bright yellow slippers with light brownish, twisted petals 1 per 10 inch stem in May. Grown from seed. Plants will resemble the image but may not be identical. Lady's slipper hybrids are much more vigorous and easy to grow than species. Well cared for clumps can double their flowering stems ever year! Blooming size.
